Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before booking any travel arrangements or using the services provided by Heavenly Travels, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of our travel planning services, custom itineraries, and bookings are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, travelers, and others who access or use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Heavenly Travels, LLC acts as a travel planning agent and facilitator. We design, curate, and coordinate leisure vacations, custom land itineraries, group packages, and other travel-related services. Please note that for ocean and river cruise bookings, we operate as independent sales representatives affiliated with our registered host agency network.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Deposits: All deposits are subject to the specific terms of the individual travel supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines). Deposits are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the supplier.

  • Planning Fees: Heavenly Travels, LLC may charge professional, non-refundable planning or consultation fees for designing custom itineraries. These fees are completely separate from the cost of the travel components and are paid directly to Heavenly Travels, LLC via our payment portals.

  • Final Payments: Failure to remit final payments by the supplier-mandated deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of bookings and forfeiture of all previous payments.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Heavenly Travels, LLC. Cancellation penalties, administrative fees, and refund eligibility are strictly governed by the respective third-party suppliers. Heavenly Travels, LLC is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties or a supplier’s inability to provide refunds.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Passports valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended return date.

  • Required visas, transit visas, and entry permits.

  • Necessary health vaccinations, records, and compliance documentation.

Heavenly Travels, LLC is not liable for any traveler being denied boarding, entry, or transit due to incorrect or missing documentation.

5. Travel Insurance Disclaimer

Heavenly Travels, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. If you decline travel insurance, you explicitly acknowledge that you assume all financial risks associated with cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies during your travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heavenly Travels, LLC acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers (such as cruise lines, air carriers, hotels, and tour operators) and is not an employee, joint venture, or partner of these suppliers. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, defaults, bankruptcies, or negligence of any third-party supplier.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
